Reports of MC associated with idarubicin and ATRA are scarce. Headache is a near-universal sequela of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). The aim of this paper is to report current knowledge of headache in IIH and to identify therapeutic options.
Disability in IIH is predominantly driven by headache; thus, headache management is an urgent and unmet clinical need. At present, there is currently no scientific evidence for the directed use of abortive or preventative headache therapy.
A detailed search of the scientific literature and narrative review was performed.
Headache in IIH is driven by raised intracranial pressure (ICP) and reduction of ICP has been reported in some studies to reduce headache. Despite resolution of papilledema and normalization of raised ICP, a majority suffer persistent post-IIH headache. The lack of evidence-based management approaches leaves many untreated. Where clinicians attempt to manage IIH headache, they use off-label therapies to target the prevailing headache phenotype. A recent prospective open-label study demonstrated the effective use of a calcitonin gene-related peptide monoclonal antibody therapy in IIH for persistent post-IIH headache.
There is overwhelming evidence of the headache burden in IIH. Studies are required to investigate the biological foundations of headache related to ICP and to develop treatments specifically directed to manage headache in IIH.

In recent years, there is a growing incidence of granulomatous lobular mastitis (GLM), butstudies about the coexistence of erythema nodosum (EN) and GLM are rare. In this study, we assess the clinical characteristics and predictive factors of EN in GLM.
A total of 303 patients diagnosed with GLM were enrolled from January 2012 to October 2018 at the second affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including 78 patients with EN. Follow-up data included lesion site, lesion size, therapy approaches, course of GLM, course of EN, the recurrence of disease, possible causes. All patients had pathologic confirmation of GLM based on core needle biopsy (CNB) or surgical excision.
Fever in the EN group was significantly more common compared to the non-EN group (44.87% vs 12.89%, P<0.001). The proportion of lesion range >2 quadrants in the EN group was significantly higher than that in the non-EN group (42.31% vs 16.00%, P<0.001). The course of the disease was longer in the EN group compared to the non-EN group (10.32 moths vs 8.74 moths, P<0.001). Patients with EN had a trend towards a higher risk of recurrence (5.13% vs 1.33%, P=0.055).

Adolescents encountering discrimination experienced changes in sleep/wake problem trajectories (i.e., significant increases in same-day sleep/wake problems), whereas adolescents reporting no discrimination experienced no changes in trajectories (Cohen’s ds = .51-.55). Multiethnic/racial (compared to monoethnic/racial) adolescents experiencing everyday discrimination reported greater same-day sleep/wake problems, yet steeper decreases in sleep/wake problems suggesting stronger impact coupled with faster return to baseline levels.
