Objective To compare the target-specific cancer detection rate of in-bore versus fusion MRI-targeted biopsy. Methods We retrospectively identified men who underwent in-bore or fusion MRI-targeted biopsy of PI-RADS category 4 or 5 lesions between August 2013 and September 2019. PI-RADS version 2.1 score, size, and location of each target were established by retrospective review by a single experienced radiologist. Patient history and target biopsy results were obtained by electronic medical record review. Only the first MRI-targeted biopsy of the dominant lesion was included for patients with repeated biopsies or multiple targets. Inbore and fusion biopsy were compared using propensity score weights and multivariable regression to adjust for imbalances in patient and target characteristics between biopsy techniques. The primary endpoint was target-specific prostate cancer detection rate. Seopsy had higher target-specific cancer detection rate compared to fusion biopsy. In this study, CEF-082 inhibited not only the growth of V. dahliae but also that of Sclerotium rolfsii. The metabolic crude extract of CEF-082 increased the sensitivity of V. dahliae to stress, degraded the cell wall of V. dahliae and increased the emergence and plant height of cotton. Through the separation and purification of the metabolic crude extract of CEF-082, chaetoviridin A was identified and found to be highly active against V. dahliae. The compound caused cell necrosis and mycelial deformation, increased the production of ROS and NO, and inhibited the germination of microsclerotia of V. dahliae, enhancing the cotton plant defence response. Method In Experiment 1, twelve 5-year-old, twelve 8-year-old, and 11 college-aged speakers produced carrier phrases with penultimate stress on monosyllabic words that had /l/, /ɹ/, or /d/ (control) as singleton onsets and /æ/ or /u/ as the vowel. Short-domain anticipatory effects were acoustically investigated based on schwa formant values extracted from the preceding determiner (= the) and dynamic formant values across the /ə#LV/ sequence. In Experiment 2, long-domain effects were perceptually indexed using a previously validated forward-gated audiovisual speech prediction task. Results Experiment 1 results indicated that all speakers distinguished /l/ from /ɹ/ along F3. Adults distinguished /l/ from /ɹ/ with a lower F2. Older children produced subtler versions of the adult pattern; their anticipatory posturing was also more influenced by the following vowel.
