The low binding energy predicts that the compound may be modified as a drug for treating Cancer.The aim of this study was to investigate emotional and cognitive processes involved in the formation of personal and collective work-identity by variable- and person-oriented analyses. A digitized questionnaire was answered by 768 participants. In line with an autobiographical (personal) memory view, we showed that (1) emotional processes positively predicted cognitive processes (variable-oriented analyses), and (2) emotional profile had an effect on cognitive processes (person-oriented analyses), with regard to personal work-identity formation. Regarding collective work-identity formation, and in line with a social-identity and self-categorization perspective, we showed that (1) cognitive processes positively predicted emotional processes (variable-oriented analyses), and (2) cognitive profile had an effect on emotional processes (person-oriented analyses). Our results indicate that emotion and cognition play different roles in personal- and collective work-identity formation; additionally, suggesting that the theoretical views of both personal and social psychology as well as analyses at different levels should be involved in order to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of people-work bonding.

The high incidence of Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia in children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on chemotherapy with risk factors should be intervened earlier.

    An observational case control study of children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on chemotherapy. Patient with Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia considered as case and patient without Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia as control to analyze risk factors that affect the incidence of Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia in children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on chemotherapy from 2016 to 2018 was performed in the pediatric ward Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital with a total sampling technique. Nine risk factors were analyzed age, gender, nutritional status, length of stay, risk stratification, chemotherapy phase, anemia, neutropenia, and thrombocytopenia. The present study aimed to evaluate the therapeutic role of L-carnitine (LC) against potassium dichromate (PD) – induced acute lung injury in adult male albino rats via modulation of Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway. For this purpose, forty rats were randomly allocated into 5 groups (8 rats each). The normal group received intranasal (i.n.) saline, while the ALI group received intranasal instillation of PD as a single dose of 2 mg/kg. The 3d – 5th groups received PD then after 24 h administered L-carnitine (25, 50 and 100 mg/kg; orally) for 3 consecutive days. The therapeutic effect of L-carnitine was evaluated by assessment of serum levels of glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) along with measurement of lung contents of transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1), protein kinase B (AKT), Nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor 2 (Nrf2), Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1), heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), NAD(P)H quinone oxidoreductase 1 enzyme (NQO1) and glutathione cysteine ligase modifier subunit (GCLM) expression. Post-treatment with L-carnitine effectively increased the levels of GSH and AKT, elevated Nrf2 and its target genes and decreased the levels of MDA and TGFβ1 in comparison with PD control rats. Additionally, L-carnitine effectively reduced the number of goblet cell, inhibited the mucus formation in bronchioles and interstitial inflammatory infiltrate as well as alleviated the destruction of alveolar walls, and the congestion of blood vessels in lung tissue induced by PD. Our findings showed that L-carnitine may be a promising therapeutic agent against PD-induced acute lung injury.Farmed crustaceans are an important component in addressing the rising animal protein demand. 3Aminobenzamide The present study determined the concentrations of fourteen elements (Ag, As, Be, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ni, Sn, Pb, and Zn) in the edible abdominal muscle of cultured freshwater crayfish species (Faxonius virilis; Procambarus acutus acutus) from Missouri. Also, this paper describes the dietary intake and the human health risks from the consumption of crayfish muscle in the adult population. Overall, 172 animals were captured between February 2017 and January 2018 for assessment. Concentrations of metals (Ag, Be, Cd, Cu, Co, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sn, Mo, and Zn) and metalloid (As) in the muscle tissue were determined after microwave-assisted acid digestion by ICP – OES. Health indices (EDI/EWI estimated daily/weekly intakes; THQ target hazard quotient; TTHQ total target hazard quotient; ILCR incremental lifetime cancer risk; and ∑ILCR cumulative lifetime cancer risk) were calculated and compared to thresholds. Of all samples, the highest concentrations (mg kg -1 wet weight) of metal(loid)s in muscle were Ag (0.11), As (3.15), Be (0.21), Cd (0.11), Co (0.32), Cr (1.22), Cu (107), Fe (23.0), Mn (8.54), Mo (0.62), Ni (2.65), Pb (1.76), Sn (5.91), and Zn (19.2). In both species, the average As, Cd, and Zn concentrations were below the legal limits. However, the levels of Cu, Pb, and As, in some samples, were in exceedance of the maximum levels. In both species, a significant correlation (p 10-5) to the adult population. High metals/metalloid exposure from crayfish muscle consumption posed potential health hazards to the adult population.
