oBNP examination is helpful for risk stratification in this patient cohort. Objective To explore the related factors of premature acute myocardial infarction(AMI), and to compare the the long-term outcomes in patients with and without premature AMI after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods This study was a prospective cohort study. From January 2013 to December 2013, 10 724 consecutive patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in Fuwai Hospital were enrolled. Among them 1 920 patients with the diagnosis of AMI were divided into two groups premature AMI (man≤50 years old, woman≤60 years old) and non-premature AMI. The baseline characteristics were collected, and multivariate logistic regression was uesed to analysis the related factors of premature AMI. The clinical outcomes, including the major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE) which was the composite of cardiac death, myocardial infarction, revascularization, stroke and stent thrombosis, as well as bleeding events, during hospitalization, at 2 years and 5 years follow-up were analyzed. Row-up(all P less then 0.05). Conclusions Metabolic abnormalities, including high BMI, high triglyceride level and high serum uric acid, low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level are the related factor of premature AMI. The incidence of ischemic events in patients with premature AMI is lower, while the incidence of bleeding events is higher than non-premature AMI patients. Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of bivalirudin versus unfractionated heparin during perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in real-world. Methods A total of 13 097 serial patients who underwent PCI from January 2016 to November 2018 in the Northern Theater Command were enrolled in the present study. Patients were stratified as the bivalirudin group or the heparin group according to antithrombotic therapy during PCI. The primary efficiency endpoint was 30-day net adverse clinical event(NACE), defined as all-cause death, re-infarction, urgent target lesion revascularization (uTLR), stroke or any bleeding. The second efficiency endpoint was 30-day major cardiac and cerebral events (MACCE), defined as all-cause death, re-infarction, uTLR and stroke. Additional end points included the rates of stent thrombosis at 30 days. Propensity scores included clinical and demographic variables, with 1∶2 matching. Compared the incidence of events above between the two groups before and afudin during perioperative period of PCI compared to heparin, without significant differences in ischemic events. Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of regional transport to percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) hospitals from non-PCI hospitals after thrombolysis in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) in northwest China. Methods In this retrospective study, 1 062 STEMI patients who were transferred from non-PCI hospitals within 24 hours from symptom onset, during January 2015 and January 2019 in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, were included. According to the treatment strategy, they were divided into two groups, namely intravenous thrombolysis combined with PCI group(n=240), and primary PCI group(n=822). Observation endpoint were in-hospital adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and bleeding events, Including all-cause death, ischemic stroke, malignant arrhythmia, intracranial hemorrhage and hemorrhage with hemoglobin decrease≥50 g/L. Results A total of 1 062 STEMI patients were included(age was (61±12) years old), with 905 males (85.2%). The proportion of grade 0 TIMI blood flow in the primary PCI group before operation was significantly higher than that in the thrombolysis combined with PCI group(63.0%(518/822) vs. 36.3%(87/240), P0.05). Conclusions For STEMI patients initially hospitalized in non-PCI hospitals, regional transport combined with PCI is feasible and effective. It does not significantly increase the risk of bleeding and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, with shorter time from symptom onset to myocardial reperfusion.A salicyaldimine ligand, 3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-(((pyridin-2-ylmethyl)imino)methyl)benzoic acid (H2Lsalpyca) and two Cu(II)-salicylaldimine complexes, [Cu(HLsalpyca)Cl] (1) and [Cu(HLsalpyca)(NO3)] n (2), have been synthesized. Complex 1 has a discrete mononuclear structure, in which the Cu(II) center is in a distorted square-planar geometry made up of one HLsalpyca- monoanion in an NNO tris-chelating mode and one Cl- anion. Complex 2 adopts a neutral one-dimensional zigzag chain structure propagating along the crystallographic [010] direction, where the Cu(II) center suits a distorted square pyramidal geometry with a τ value of 0.134, consisted of one HLsalpyca- monoanion as an NNO tris-chelator and two NO3- anions. When the Cu∙∙∙O semi coordination is taken into consideration, the nitrato ligand bridges two Cu(II) centers in an unsymmetrical bridging-tridentate with a μ, κ4O,O’O’,O″ coordination. Clearly, anion herein plays a critical role in dominating the formation of discrete and polymeric structures of copper salicyaldimine complexes. Noteworthy, complex 2 is insoluble but highly stable in H2O and various organic solvents (CH3OH, CH3CN, acetone, CH2Cl2 and THF). Moreover, complex 2 shows good photocatalytic degradation activity and recyclability to accelerate the decolorization rate and enhance the decolorization performance of acid orange 7 (AO7) dye by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) under daylight. The proteasome inhibitor bortezomib (BZM) is one of the most potent anti-cancer drugs in the therapy of multiple myeloma. In this study, an adhesive drug delivery system (DDS) for BZM was developed. Therefore, we extended the present DDS concept of polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) nanoparticle (NP) based on electrostatic interactions between charged drug and polyelectrolyte (PEL) to a DDS concept involving covalent bonding between PEL and uncharged drugs. For this purpose, 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (DOPAC) was polymerized via an oxidatively induced coupling reaction. This novel chemo-reactive polyanion PDOPAC is able to temporarily bind boronic acid groups of BZM via its catechol groups, through esterification. JAK inhibitor PDOPAC was admixed to poly(l-glutamic acid) (PLG) and poly(l-lysine) (PLL) forming a redispersible PEC NP system after centrifugation, which is advantageous for further colloid and BZM loading processing. It was found that the loading capacity (LC) strongly depends on the PDOPAC and catechol content in the PEC NP.
